The News on the Block Awards 2021
Incorporating The Property Management Awards and The Enfranchisement & Right to Manage Awards for one night only!
Exciting news! This year, News on the Block will be incorporating two spectacular events - The Property Management Awards (PMAs) and The Enfranchisement & Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs) -  for one special night only!

We have missed running our live events and networking with so many of you over the past year and can’t wait to celebrate with you all by getting the original and best industry awards back in the event calendar.

The entries for this year's awards are now closed and you can view the shortlist below.
We are delighted to announce the shortlist for this year's NOTB Awards 2021. It is a fantastic achievement to be a finalist, especially this year.

Our independent judging panel has reviewed all of the entries and the scores are now in. The peer reviewed judging process assures independent quality in the decision making process.

We were happy to see so many entries this year from many familiar faces and some new ones. The judges were therefore faced with a great deal of entries in some categories and some difficult decisions, but after two weeks of scoring and various discussions we have our final shortlist for 2021.

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the finalists and send a big thank you to all of our judges, sponsors and supporters.

We look forward to celebrating with you all at Old Billingsgate on 30th November 2021 and in the meantime, we wish all of the finalists the best of luck.

If you would like to attend the awards ceremony on 30th November 2021 then please get in touch with us or book online, as there are limited tickets remaining.
